About GeekMeet

GeekMeet is a networking forum for high-tech professionals. GeekMeet provides networking opportunities such as happy hours, speaker presentations, round tables, speed networking and other events that help technology professionals enhance the personal and professional network.

In February of 2000, Gregg Wetterman decided that North Texas needed a gathering place for the innovative, creative, and entrepreneurial of the technical world to gather and interact. A place that was casual and fun. GeekMeet was born.

Since that time our email distribution list has grown to over 2,300 individuals and more than 2000 companies. So, who is the average GeekMeet attendee? Well, the list is as diverse as the North Texas technology world. From CEO's to Network Support people, Telecom workers to Bio Tech engineers, you never know who you might see or meet.

To stay involved in GeekMeet, go to the JOIN page and register for our email list. We will contact you regularly to inform you about the North Texas high-technology networking and social scene.
