Learning Events
Over the past few years GeekMeet has been putting on more and more events that have been more educational in nature. Most of our educational events are speaker-led events. We have also managed round table discussions and are looking forward to hosting our first half-day or full-day conference.
Because of the specific topics that our speaker events cover, these events get much more exposure than our regular happy hours. The events also tend to bring in much more attendance than our happy hours. Speaker events are limited to just two sponsors per event which means you won't have to compete with other sponsors for the attention of our members.
Sponsorship of speaker presentations and round table discussions include:
- Publication of company name and logo (linked to sponsor's website) on GeekMeet's website leading up to the event and for two weeks afterwards.
- Publication of company name and logo (linked to sponsor's website) in all GeekMeet emails to more than 2500 members leading up the event.
- Ability to man a table with company collateral and collect business cards at the happy hour.
- Sponsorship of the raffle item to be given away toward the end of the happy hour.
- Opportunity to speak to the group for up to 5 minutes
Cost of Speaker Event Sponsorship: $300 plus raffle item.
